Before my son arrived, warming up before a basketball game was just part of the routine. But after becoming a father, I found myself short on time and energy. My body didn’t bounce back as quickly, and those late-night league games started feeling tougher. I needed something fast, effective, and safe to help me loosen up and perform without spending 45 minutes foam rolling or stretching.

That’s when I looked at the products on the market and was disappointed. Most muscle rubs were filled with toxic ingredients I wouldn’t want anywhere near my skin, let alone my sore joints and muscles. So I decided to make my own.
